The service
CineAlert BD notifies you when movie tickets become available at Star Cineplex. We make a best effort to alert you quickly, but we cannot guarantee delivery speed, availability of tickets, or that you will be able to complete a booking.
No affiliation
CineAlert BD is independent and not affiliated with Star Cineplex. We do not sell movie tickets — we only alert you when they become available on the official Star Cineplex platform, where you complete your purchase.
Paid alerts
WhatsApp and phone-call alerts are paid services charged per alert. Because an alert is delivered as soon as your movie becomes available, paid alerts are generally non-refundable once the watch is active, except where we fail to deliver due to our own fault. Acceptable use
You agree to provide accurate contact details and not to misuse the service. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform.
