What we collect
We collect the information you provide when creating an account and setting alerts: your name, email, mobile number, and the movies, dates, and cinemas you want to watch. We also record basic technical details (device, browser, and approximate location from your IP) to keep the service secure and to understand how it's used.
How we use it
Your contact details are used solely to deliver the ticket alerts you request. Aggregate, de-identified usage data helps us improve CineAlert BD and decide which features to build.
Payments
Paid alerts are processed by SSLCommerz. We never see or store your full card details — those are handled entirely by the payment gateway.
Your choices
You can cancel any alert from your profile at any time, and you can request deletion of your account and data by emailing rahasyamayigalpa@gmail.com.
